Dr Kellie Rose is a Health and Performance Strategist, Speaker, and founder of Dr Kellie Rose.
Dr Kellie works with professional women who are on the brink of (or in) burnout to restore their health and return to high-performance, so that they can perform with confidence, lead with purpose, and thrive in their business and life.
Prior to this, Kellie worked with Olympic athletes across Australia and Europe, supporting them to achieve medal-winning performances at the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, and World, European and Pan Pacific Championships. Having honed her skills in health and human performance, she transitioned out of sport and into business, working with a Swiss digital health start-up and a British social enterprise in sub-Saharan Africa.
With firsthand experience of a debilitating burnout in her own career, Kellie is passionate about empowering female change-makers – the executives, leaders and entrepreneurs – to maximise their health and performance span for greater impact in their business, industry, and life.
